An elegant, American Whiskey from Danbury, Connecticut crafted with a high corn mash bill, aged for 4-5 years in American white oak barrels before being bottled at 45% ABV.
It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich & bold life adds notes of caramel popcorn & burnt cookies; that to a slightly warm & spicy death of medium length toasted oak, vanilla, cinnamon & pepper.
