An elegant, Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey by Milam & Greene Distillery in Texas Hill Country crafted with a mash bill of 70% Texas corn, 22% Pacific Northwest malted rye from Oregon & Washington & 8% Wyoming barley. Three hand-picked Straight Bourbon Whiskies go into each bottle: 3-4YO Texas bourbon for that pop of spice, 3-5YO Kentucky Bourbon for flavors of vanilla and fruits, and a vintage Tennessee Bourbon for the structure and tannins. The blend is then proofed to taste and bottled on site at 94 proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grains, wood, flowers, herbs & spices; while a slightly creamy & delicate life adds notes of notes of vanilla that led to a warm death of medium length.
