Astringent nose with hints of potato bread, smooth body, with notes of coat leather, very mild notes of vanilla & butterscotch, & cinnamon light spice burn, a silky viscous mouthfeel, w/ a mildly sweet finish. Not overpowering, not harsh, just a pleasant mixer/sipper. Tasted chilled.
