Fruity nose with slight vinegar undertone. Some mineral notes as well as floral and mild earthiness. Flavor is tart and slightly metallic. The Scottish malts are definitely present. Water opens the whiskey somewhat to strengthen the aromas and flavors, but a bitterness emerges as well. Not my favorite.
