Charred oak and ripe fruit are at the front, but quickly balanced by dark chocolate. It is as simple as that, but wonderfully done. It is refreshing and delicious. The finish is medium with lingering notes of charred oak and dark chocolate, as crisp notes of ripe fruit fade. The simplicity of this is where it's genius is, flavorful in the right ways without being too complicated.
