Tasting Notes
"The nose offers doughy toasted wheat bread, along with cocoa powder, cinnamon, and dense, corner brownie squares. The palate is rich with vanilla taffy and salted caramel, and also spicy, with a Christmas and baking collection including ginger, allspice, and cloves. The palate is lengthy but easygoing, with spearmint, Red Hots, maple syrup, and tannic oak. A classic wheated profile tinged by an array of complex and intriguing flavors."
