My introduction to ardbeg 12 was electrical fire. This is electrical fire with a cherry on top. Nose exudes ash, cherry, light vanilla, and ny favorite descriptor “dentist’s office”. Sweet palate, rich and complex with further ashy, leaning on peppery peat notes which echo out with menthol, leather, and charcoal in a long finish which is fun but does not feel healthy. I’m a fan.
