An herbal liqueur by the Carthusian monks in France crafted with alcohol, sugar, water, 130 medicinal and aromatic plants and flowers bottled at 69% ABV.
It has an aromatic birth in an Alpine forest with notes of candied angelica, eucalyptus, licorice, tobacco leaf, freshly cut grass, mint leaves, ginger cake, spruce needles & cracked black pepper; while a complex life in apothecary adds notes of peppermint, ginger, lemon, aniseed & tobacco; that led to a long & bold death by crushed peppermint leaf.
