Palate: Honeyed malt, ashy peat smoke (bonfire put out on a misty day in the highlands), red apple derived cider, sweet pineapple, barley bread, old lumber, oatmeal with milk
Finish: Spiced/mulled cider, faint sea spray, well done beef, old oak casks
