Nose: very tropical fruity notes, pineapple, coconut, pear, honey, caramel. Floral, jasmine or lilac. A very subtle hint of spice. Palate: light and a bit thin but not as a negative. Bright. Pear, honey, a touch of malt chewiness. A really unique element of honeydew and cantaloupe. Finish: very light cinnamon, gentle oak, a bit of caramel and fruit skin.
