Nose: ripe orchard fruit, honey, a gentle tinge of cinnamon, noticeable drying oakiness. There's a hint of creamy coconut as well. Fragrant vanilla, almost in a floral way.
Palate: light, without being too thin or one dimensional. Honeyed apple, juicy pear, a little kick of bright fresh orange zest. Noticeable but mellow baking spice. Vanilla, a touch of chewy malt. A little bit of toasted coconut here too if I'm not mistaken.
Finish: a bit spicy and oaky. With lingering baking spice and anjou pear skins
