Nose: Opens with dry grass, sharp alcohol, and pepper salami. The alcohol initially masks the depth, but it eventually gives way to wood fire smoke. Sweeter layers follow: marmalade, crème brûlée, lemongrass, white wine, and brown sugar.
Palate: More intense smoke on the palate with a noticeable alcohol burn, shifting into the sweet, creamy tartness of lemon meringue pie.
Finish: Lingering smoke and wood fire.
With Water
Opens up with fresh pears and strawberries.
Evolves into heavy ashes, tobacco, pepper, and wood.
