The Sherry is the obvious powerhouse, here, but the sweet fruit shines through as well. While this whisky still has a good burn to it, the heat plays second fiddle to the intense body that brings in a nuttyness and chewiness to the palette. It finishes dry and clean with a tiny lingering botanical/caramel note. outstanding.
