Poured my first taste after a full Thanksgiving lunch. Added only 1 ice cube. Nose was astringent with alcohol and heat. First taste was full of burn. After letting sit for a few more minutes, it was smooth and sweet with strong vanilla cream and syrup. Finished with enough heat to offset the sweetness. Really enjoyable. Can't wait for the temperature to drop some more.
