Oh god what Scottish wizardry! An absolutely wonderful dram, with a nose you smell 6 feet away. It's complex, satisfying, full and long, with sweet peat, honey, cut grass, and apples along the journey. What a revelation, especially on the finish!

This has been on my Wishlist for a while - looks like it might be fast-tracked now. Sounds most impressive.
Nice. Added to the wish list. Cheers.
I found it in a bar for $8 USD a dram, which is pretty much "take my money" category. The funny thing is that I originally ordered a Springbank 12-year-old cask strength and the waiter came and apologized, telling me that they had run out. about two minutes later, the bartender comes to my table and asked me if I would be interested in the Glenglassaugh Torfa, a new addition to their collection. I said sure since I really enjoyed the Evolution, and that's when he told me I wouldn't be disappointed because it was the best scotch he had tasted so far in 2017. I have to admit … I think he's right. it's an incredible whisky at any price point , so that it sells at such a competitive price basically means I may have to buy a case at some point.
I have yet to find this in anywhere near me. Been on my wishlist for some time. Must find this one.
Looks like it's available here. $75 locally
Sounds great. Is this available in North America or was this a special order from the U.K.?
You won't be disappointed
After reading this, I need to put this on my list
