On the nose, dirt, hay, mushrooms (truffles, even), and boiled peanuts. Unique. After a few minutes, there's a sour note as well. Check out the legs on this, it sticks to the glass. Extremely thick, it moves through the mouth and down the throat in slow motion. Sweet barley, dark chocolate covered nuts, espresso, and baking spice in a lingering, warm finish.
