Tasted with Laura Hay during presentation. Did not write notes so this is based on simple memory, but it was quite a smooth subtle whiskey that was matured in American oak and displayed sweet vanillin characters and had a mellow finish. Not overly complex but very pleasant. With a hint of additional complexity I would have scored a point higher
