A trick I do with Ledaig: Make dark roast coffee ice cubes out of what's left at the bottom of the morning pot. Chip off an appropriate amount and put it in my dram. If the coffee type and proportions are right, the flavor that results is uncannily like a smoked bacon. Ledaig: The breakfast Scotch. Ron Swanson would approve.
