It's always nice to come across a great Irish whiskey. This one doesn't disappoint. The nose is a little bit honey and a whole lot of peaches, like a nice summer iced tea. The palate is reminiscent of a bourbon, with oak and vanilla really coming through. The finish is quite satisfying if a tad short. I recommend.
