My introduction to the world of single grain whiskey and I simply love this drink! It may be finished in wine casks, but has a lot of bourbony qualities - honey, vanilla, charred oak... Lovely toasty finish that just gets better and better the more you get to know it. Can’t imagine my collection ever being without a bottle of this.
