Sweet, roasted agave in the nose. Easy to breathe in deep. Still plenty of bright, brassy notes to compliment the deep ones. Oak comes through first, followed by a nice sweetness at the end. Vanilla blends with grass in the mid palette. This goes down like pancake syrup. Wonderfully mellow and yet still really alive.
