Complex and mature for something so young.
The sherry influence is definite, with cooked plums and walnut on the nose and palate. The low ABV is my main criticism here, because something higher would have created something truly magical.
Excellent whisky.

@cascode agreed! I think being independent gives them that sort of latitude.
@Joe_C Good summary. The "younger" Glenfarclas whiskies are much under-rated, IMHO. Good to see a distillery maintaining a wide range of age statements nowdays, too.
