Cask strength makes this pretty fiery neat. But a little bit of water will mellow it out. Great caramel and fruit flavors. Some smoke, spice, and sweetness, but not much peat. Bold flavors. A great scotch. One recommendation: let this open up before sipping it. Letting it breathe really brings out the delicious flavors and smoothes it out.
