Fruit aroma with a kick of rubbing alcohol. The taste has strong Cocoa with a touch of fruit jam. Once I added a small piece of ice the rubbing alcohol aroma was gone. What you are left with Smokey fruit aroma. Great sipping bourbon. Nice Christmas present to yourself.
