The nose is earthy and has dried flowers, sea salt, peat, dried fruits and a slight nuttiness. The palate has a thick but gentle smokiness, with dried fruit, nuts and peat. The finish is medium long and fades gently with smoke, pepper, peat, straw and honey. Complex but balanced, excellent.
