L: Nice amber hue with some medium legs falling slowly from a thin crest.
N: Smoky, peat, faint maple & vanilla, apple compote, overripe peaches. Mingling oak, old leather & tobacco.
M: Peat, cooked apples, smoke, hint of pears & dried fruits. A nice sea breeze comes forward. The leather takes over the tobacco & oak with some faint baking spices & a hint of maple smoked ham. There is a light sweetness to it as well as a nice full body & brings a nice heat with 43%. It ends on some peat, smoked meat & dried fruits and lingers for a while.
O: Such a nice peated scotch. It has an incredible intensity, yet is quite complex. A must have sipper. Peaty, fruity & full.
