Sweet and spicy all at once. Needs a dash of water to really open it up. Without the water it’s a bit rough bit that water does this rye wonders. Rum is very evident and adds a nice flavor. Not sure if I could fork out another $90 to buy this again though. Overall to me it’s a $50 bottle but apparently their marketing team doesn’t think so. Probably why there are 10 bottles sitting at my local liquor store that never seem to move.
