Doing a flight of Blanton's, Noah's Mill, and Willett Pot Still Reserve at Trifecta on 3rd in Austin. All 3 have a similar color. Nose: Spice predominant across them, with the Blanton's having more apple notes. Blanton's: Caramel up front. Sweeter and smoother than the others. Butterscotch notes 3/4 the way through. Exceptionally smooth and consistent throughout. None of these are overly oaky or smokey. Good neat sippers.
