(Very nice and sweet smell from the Oloroso barrel as for the colour. The dram isn't smoky nor peaty. Full and oily body. This permits to not feel the high alcohol value of the Cask strength (59.9% ABV). Some spicy notes (Ginger and pepper?) at the firsts tastes with cinnamon. Adding the water drops will let citrus hints sparkle off at the nose and enhance the cinnamon smell. The taste stays quite the same though. Sour cherry liquorous and languorous finish
