light smell, slightly smoky and vanilla, pine and cabbage? Very nice mix though. Surprising first taste. Oily, salted and peppered. Adding water and the whisky literally opens. Gets less oily and heavy on the tongue. Also less spicy and a bit more fruity. No trace of the vanilla or the smoke though. Finishes with peppers and light citrus fruits tastes.
