One of my favorites from my shelf lately. Not very traditional. Pretty odd, if I’m being honest but it’s a nice “off the beaten path” whisky.
On the nose I get butterscotch and caramel.
Sipping I’m confronted with the butterscotch and caramel with and almost kettle corn note. Light smoke with a deep complex savory flavor.
As a 92-proof the finish is moderate with a wonderful tasty lingering.
