2nd tasting: definitely hits you hard immediately. Pretty peaty. Strong Carmel at the end; leaves you with citrus. Again, doesn’t seem overly complex. Added water: really lovely. Much preferred. Really accentuates the peat in a lovely way. Can taste fruity notes in the beginning now. Can taste more vanilla.
