Smokey. Spicy on the nose and the back of the throat. Mostly don't taste anything else because the spice and smoke are overwhelming. EDIT: Let it bathe in oxygen a while and it becomes deliciously crisp, fruity, and refreshing. Upgraded to 4 stars
