Nose is underripe bananas, sweet oak, light cinnamon and a slight punch of alcohol sting. Palate is creamy banana pudding, walnuts, chocolate, and some astringency. The finish makes you really wish it was longer. It is creamy with a lingering vanilla, but it quickly evaporates and leaves a dry oaky cinnamon behind. I like this a lot, but for the price and because it feels higher proof I would recommend the 1920 or the 100 proof.
