Dates and smoke on the nose. Simple but very enjoyable. My first impression on the taste is raisins and vanilla. Digging a little deeper, I start to pick up a kettle corn note. The smoke really lingers on the finish. The best way to describe it is thick and sweet like the glaze on a really good rack of slow smoked ribs.
