Peat on the nose with fruity undertones. Peat carries over to the palate as well, with notes of toasted cereal and rich stone fruit, all very well balanced with the peat taking the forefront only slightly. Peat holds the stage in the very pleasant finish with toasted cereal present beneath, the two gradually switching places as the finish fades.
All in all not bad. Nothing amazing, but far from bad. I like that the peat is there, but not so overpowering that other notes don’t shine through. I’d buy a bottle.
