I know everyone loves it and there’s a reason for that. It shows up with a captivating peaty, vegetal, smoky-sweet nose then draws you in with that briny, savory, earthy, carroty-sweetness. It finishes like it should — slowly dissipating into a lingering smoky, cola aftertaste. Yep, it’s a keeper.
