The nose is very herbal, with eucalyptus, a touch of anise, menthol, sage, and a little bit of oak, and nutmeg. The palate and finish are very smooth although bold with vanilla, an almost toasted marshmallow caramel note, and the herbal notes from the nose carried through the finish.
