In Fantasy Football I’d call this one a sleeper - this has all the notes I’m looking for in a 95% Rye. It has a bright and lively nose followed by a nice, moderate mouthfeel. The flavors are in the minty/herbal realm but also lean into spice that creeps into the finish.
