The nose is amazing. German apple cake: granny smith, caramel sauce, butterscotch, brown sugar and cinnamon. Soft on the palate, sweet front and more apple cake. Walnuts and candied pecans. A little rye grain and oak come through much later. Some warmth after the swallow that compliments the whole experience. This is an amazing product. No other way to put it.
