Nose: burnt marshmallows, green bananas, and sugarcane. Taste: mostly mashed bananas with that freshly opened banana peel note, followed by toasty marshmallows and sugarcane juice. It's great in tiki but it's also great by a fire. Every time I have the Smith & Cross, I wind up craving s'mores. Usually either my #1 or #2 rum.
