Weller 12 Year Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA

Nose: caramelized sugar on the rim of a creme brûlée, tiny bit of citrus, and a hint of allspice. Reminds me of a sugar coated muffin.
Taste: extremely gentle on the palate and creamy, almost tastes like the 12 years of age was washed out by watering down the proof and making more bottles. Overall, disappointing. Makes me long to find a bottle of Full proof or WLW to taste something that hasn’t been cut.
Finish: light tobacco, faint oak, seems to just vanish into thin air.
Overall: great at the price purchased, but there are certainly other bottles that are worth the time. It’s perfect for the person who hasn’t had much bourbon, and wants something tasty that won’t turn them away.

This makes me sad. The full proof is phenomenal
