    Launched on the first day of summer 2023, Whistlepig Summerstock Whiskey is a limited edition bottling made from a blend of rye and wheat whiskeys. Notably, the whiskey is finished in an experimental "solara" —a reimagination of the traditional solera method using varying levels of toasted barrels including ones which are literally toasted by the sun. Bottled at 86 proof, Summerstock Whiskey will be available across the US in summer 2023. (SRP $72.99)

    This Farm Strength Uncut Bourbon is a permanent addition to the Frey Ranch portfolio. This farm-to-glass small batch straight bourbon is made from the same recipe as the brand's flagship bourbon, all grown, harvested, milled, and distilled on the Frey Ranch: 66.6% dent corn, 10% winter wheat, 11.4% winter rye, and 12% two-row malted barley. The bourbon is an average of around 5 years and is bottled without chill-filtration at cask strength. Available in California, Nevada, and the Frey Ranch Tasting Room as of June 2023 with an expansion to Arizona, Ohio, and Georgia later in 2023. (SRP $79.99)

    This Summer 2023 Red Corn Bourbon bottling is the first expression in Still Austin's Bottled in Bond Seasonal Series. It's made from a mash bill of 36% red corn, 34% white corn, 25% rye, 5% barley and is aged a minimum of four years in a federally bonded warehouse. As required for a bottled in bond whiskey, it is bottled at 50% ABV. Available as of June 17, 2023. (SRP $79.99)

    Blue Note Special Reserve Cask Finished Series begins with a blend of straight bourbons (aged 4-19 years). Three different mash bill recipes were used and they were distilled in Kentucky and Tennessee. After the initial maturation, the bourbons were individually finished up to three years in cognac, Madeira, sherry, port, vino de naranja, and American white oak barrels. It's blended at cask strength of 112.5 proof. There are 2100 bottles available beginning in late June 2023. (SRP $225)

    To celebrate Four Roses 135th anniversary, the bourbon brand has released a limited edition tasting kit featuring all ten bourbon recipes. Each kit will have 50ml-sized bottles of each recipe and a QR code on each box will lead to a guided tasting video with Master Distiller Brent Elliott. Available at Four Roses Visitor Centers in Lawrenceburg and Cox's Creek, Kentucky beginning June 30, 2023 and at select retailers in GA, IL, KY, & CA beginning mid-July 2023. (SRP $129.99)

    Arran Single Malt Whiskies are made at Lochranza Distillery located on the north side of the island of Arran. This 25 year-old whisky is the brand's oldest expression in its core range to date and it's aged in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks. Just 3,000 bottles are produced annually and the US is getting its first allocation of 240 bottles beginning June 2023. (SRP $789.99)

    This is the first release in Old Pulteney's limited edition Coastal Series. For this series, the brand worked with spirits producers from coastal locations around the world for the finishing casks. Here, the brand begins the maturation in ex-bourbon barrels and then finishes it in Pineau des Charentes casks from the Charente-Maritime region on the southwest coast of France. Available begins in summer 2023. (SRP $79.99)

    Spearhead is a single malt Scotch whisky from Loch Lomond Distillery. While it is made with 100% malted barley at one distillery, it is distilled in a continuous Coffey still and therefore cannot be called a single malt. This no-age statement bottling is initially aged in ex-bourbon barrels before finishing in combination of infrared and fire-toasted virgin American oak barrels. This whisky launched internationally in 2021, but is getting its US launch beginning in June 2023 in key markets including Florida, Georgia, and New York with other key states to follow.     This bottling is the first release in the brand's new Cheese Cellar Collection featuring finishing casks from some of the most renowned wine regions in the world. Here, the casks selected in this Highlands blended malt were finished in port wine casks and the best pairing is said to be chosen to Stilton cheese. For this limited edition release there are 700 cases/4,000 bottles globally. Available beginning June 2023. (SRP £65.00 / €75.00)

    Sassenach Spirits, a spirits company founded by Scottish actor Sam Heughan, launched Sassenach Wild Botanical Gin in 2023 with the US getting its allocation in June 2023. Botanicals include heather, wild Scottish apples, Scots pine, and juniper among others. Bottled at 42% ABV. (SRP $39.99)

    Camikara Rum is a pure cane rum from India's Piccadily Distilleries. The rum is rested in American oak barrels for 12 years before bottling at 50% ABV. Just 6.6% of the original fill cane spirit remained in the barrel after the angel's share. There is no color, flavor, sugar or spice added. Available in the US beginning July 2023. (SRP $90)

    This Bartender's Choice Vodka from Chopin Vodka is made with spirit-forward cocktails in mind. It's a variation of their rye vodka made with just three ingredients: rye, yeast, and water. But while the standard bottling is 80 proof (40% ABV), this bottling comes in at 119.5 proof (59.8% ABV). Like all of Chopin Vodka bottlings, this is also made with ingredients sourced from farms within 20 miles of the distillery. Announced in June 2023, availability is expected at retailers and bars shortly after. (SRP $34.99)
