Lagavulin The Ink of Legends is one of eight bottlings for DIAGEO'S 2023 Special Releases collection which has a theme of "Spirited Xchange"— celebrating the journey of Scotch, countries and cultures around the world. Selected by Master Blender Dr. Stuart Morrison, the whisky here was finished in a combination of Don Julio Añejo Tequila casks. Bottled at 56.4% ABV, it's available in limited quantities in the US beginning October 2023. (SRP $170)

Mortlach The Katana's Edge is one of eight bottlings for DIAGEO'S 2023 Special Releases collection which has a theme of "Spirited Xchange"— celebrating the journey of Scotch, countries and cultures around the world. Selected by Master Blender Dr. Stuart Morrison, the whisky here was finished in ex-Kanosuke Japanese whisky and pinot noir wine casks. This release marks the first inclusion for Roseisle in the collection. Selected by Master Blender Dr. Stuart Morrison, the whisky here was finished in first-fill ex-bourbon and refill casks. Glenkinchie The Floral Treasure is one of eight bottlings for DIAGEO'S 2023 Special Releases collection which has a theme of "Spirited Xchange"— celebrating the journey of Scotch, countries and cultures around the world. Selected by Master Blender Dr. Stuart Morrison, the whisky here was matured in refill American and European oak barrels & butts for 27 years. Clynelish The Jazz Crescendo is one of eight bottlings for DIAGEO'S 2023 Special Releases collection which has a theme of "Spirited Xchange"— celebrating the journey of Scotch, countries and cultures around the world. Selected by Master Blender Dr. Stuart Morrison, the whisky here was aged exclusively in ex-bourbon American oak casks. Bottled at 57.5% ABV, it's available in limited quantities in the US beginning October 2023. (SRP $200)

The twelfth batch of Grandeur from GlenDronach features single malt whiskey which has aged for 29 years in oloroso sherry casks. Crafted by Master Blender Rachel Barrie, this single malt was bottled with natural color at 49.2% ABV. Each bottle is sealed with wax and is hand numbered. Available in the US as of November 2023. Wild Turkey Generations is a limited edition release and the first collaboration between the three generations in the Russell family — Jimmy, Eddie, and Bruce Russell. The grandfather, father, and son trio selected the four high proof bourbons that appear in the blend: 9, 12, 14, and 15 year-old. Just 5,000 bottles were created of this limited release, each featuring the etched signatures of all three Russells. Bottled at barrel proof without chill-filtration at 120.8 proof, availability begins November 2023 at select retailers nationwide. (SRP $450)

This limited edition bourbon from Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co. features their Town Branch Bourbon (72% corn, 15% rye, 13% malted barley) finished in their own Kentucky Maple Barrel Imperial Stout. While the first 2022 limited edition expression was finished for one year in the stout barrels, this 2023 release spent two years in these finishing barrels. There were 750 cases produced and availability begins November 2023. (SRP $69.99)

The Cabinet is a blend of straight rye and bourbon whiskeys from Proof & Wood Ventures. Each whiskey in the blend was distilled in Indiana and then aged, blended, and bottled in Kentucky. Included in the blend are straight rye whiskeys distilled in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 each with a mash bill recipe of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. Also included are two straight bourbon whiskeys distilled in 2016 and 2017. Those mash bill recipes were 99% corn, 1% malted barley for the former and 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley for the latter. It's bottled at barrel proof. While the first 2022 edition of The Cabinet was limited to Washington D.C., this 2023 release has a nationwide release for its 600 six-bottle cases beginning November 2023. (SRP $124.99)

Crown Royal has followed up its 2022 Extra Rare release with this 30 Year blended whisky aged one year older. All the whisky in this blend was distilled in the brand's renowned Coffey still. It's bottled at 92 proof and is available for a limited time in select US markets and military bases as of November 1, 2023. (SRP $499)
