Charred Oak Cask is the third release of the Offerman Edition, a limited edition whisky series made in collaboration with Lagavulin and actor, author, and woodworker Nick Offerman. The idea for this whisky was to incorporate three of Offerman's great passions — wood, steak, and whisky. Aged 11 years, this single malt whisky is matured in American and European oak casks which have been shaved and heavily re-charred. Offerman recommends you pair it with a perfectly charred medium-rare cowboy ribeye. Available as of October 2022. (SRP $79.99)

This reposado tequila is part of the brand's Barrel Select program in which specific casks are chosen for maturation. Its creation begins with single estate agave harvested from Rancho El Nacimiento, one of many fields owned and operated by the family of Tequila Ocho co-founder Carlos Camarena in Jalisco. The tequila is made with traditional production processes including brick ovens and wooden fermenters. The barrels selected here for maturation are ex-bourbon barrels from Brooklyn-based Widow Jane Distillery. The tequila is aged for eight weeks and eight days in these barrels and then bottled at 91 proof. Only 1,000 cases were produced. Available in select US markets beginning October 2022. (SRP $74.99)
