Reviewed June 12, 2021Some oak, honey and apricot on the nose. Nice oak and sweet on the taste. Some char as well. Good even spice/alcohol throughout. Very nice blend. -

Reviewed June 12, 2021 (edited August 23, 2021)Nose is of ginger spice cookies! Light honey as well. Taste leads with dried cherries or cranberry. Lots of spice on the front of the tongue. Nice oak in the mid palate. -

Reviewed June 12, 2021Very unique! Brownie batter, red wine, brown sugar and cinnamon on the nose. Taste brings more of the Pinot Noir, some wonderful light smoke and sea spray. -
High West American Prairie Bourbon

Reviewed June 7, 2021 (edited June 18, 2021)Light cinnamon, oak and alcohol vapors on the nose. Light herbal character, cinnamon and mild char on the taste. Might be an ok mixer, but not a good sipper for me. Body is also in the thinner side. -

Reviewed October 17, 2020 (edited November 18, 2020)The aroma took a bit to discern, but what I got was similar to bananas foster minus some of the spices. Taste had the addition of some spice on the front and nuts. Solid especially for the price. -

Reviewed January 1, 2020 (edited February 12, 2020)Vanilla and oak nose for days. Taste brings that plus charred oak and light brown sugar. Finish is smooth with a tough of spice.
