Very sweet notes like brown sugar followed by very very subtle baking spices. Personally, this was a really smooth bourbon, and I really enjoyed it! I bought this bottle in a store that had higher prices than I could probably normally find this for, but honestly I still think it was worth the price for how excellent of a bourbon this is. The bottle is also absolutely beautiful.

I just recently tried this bourbon for the first time, and first impression is that it has very sweet and caramel tastes. Additionally, there were bits of cherry or berry notes. I really I enjoyed this bourbon, and I can’t wait to share it with my friends and family!

Very strong rich and vanilla notes. In the end, it got a little medicinally. The expert notes said there was a bit of char in the finish, and that might be what I was picking up with the medicinal finish. The finish wasn’t my personal favorite, but I think this is still a great bottle.

I got taste notes of woody with a nice sweetness and hint of vanilla and baking spice finish. I’m still learning, but I thing this bourbon is awesome. I think it’s a great price for a 10 year too!

This is a great bourbon. It was given to me as a gift, and I’m loving it so far. I got citrus notes with sweetness and a very tiny hint of baking spice. I’m curious how this would be in an old fashioned given the citrus notes.

Honestly I thought this initially had a maple syrupy taste, and it was excellent. Is that weird? It then transitioned to a more oaky flavor with vanilla. I think this might be one of the most complex bourbons I’ve had so far, and I’m sure I’m missing certain flavor profiles that this bourbon has. We’ll see as I get better at distinguishing each flavor.

I’m new to identifying specific tasting notes, but when I taste this bourbon, I get bit of an apple flavor with a strong, smooth, and lingering vanilla finish. This is excellent, and I’m glad I purchased it.

Oaky in the beginning, and settled into strong spice flavors. Personally I’m not a big spice guy, but I thought this was pretty good. I’ve only just opened the bottle, so we’ll see if it changes as I have more of it.
