Brown sugar, baking spices, banana bread, pipe tobacco, toast, caramel green apple and a floral note. Orange creme, coffee, and a bit of chocolate. Nice long finish.

Spice, pine, frosting, lemon peel, rose water and some toastiness. Peach, citrus and herbs with a light bitterness. Nicely integrated complexity.

Crème brulée, a slight hint of smoke, something savory and a bit of tart cherry. Spice, heat and a dusty lingering finish with cinnamon, mint and a faint hint of cocoa. Great value rye. Our go to for Manhattans and a good sipper too.

Bit O' Honey sweetness, baked apple crumble, pastry, herbs and a bit of spice. Chocolate notes on nice finish. Great value single malt Irish.

Vanilla custard, pie crust, toffee and a hint of bright citrus. Silky and elegant. A bit of an herbal quality on the finish.

A bit boring. Nothing exciting here. Sweet notes of vanilla and caramel. Simple, easy and approachable.
