What an unremarkable and just simply average whiskey. Those bloggers and outlets who give it higher ratings dont want to bite the hand that feeds them. To those who read the reviews and shell out top dollar, this is really terrible value.

Very standard and weak bourbon quite honestly. Great nose and not much going on with the taste. Reviewer ended their review with "another solid pour"... Not a ringing endorsement.

Very disappointing bottling especially at this price point. Wish they had given Mickey better.

I'm willing to try this out again in a month or so, but all I get in the flavor is strong pencil eraser notes. Just terrible. I'm astounded by all the positive reviews. I also ran into a similar situation with the WhistlePig Rye 15 year. Thinking there's a theme with me and Canadian Rye....

Such a lovely and light whisky. Aging quite well as I periodically pour some every few months since first opening two years ago

Its intersting to say the least. Packs a punch on the nose that I cant explain as anything else but spunky...definitely young. Taste reminds me of an odd mix of hay, mud, and livestock but not in an awful way. I like the 002 better (definitely a different taste), never had an opportunity to try the 001. Very pricey for what it is and would NOT purchase again at ~$75

This bourbon is very brown. No age statement but sipping on this you can tell there is some older bourbon mixed in. This goes down very easy with little to no burn or bite. Got a little cinnamon, apple, brown sugar/honey notes on the palate. Has a very short finish. Does not linger at all. This would be a dangerous one to be drinking given how easy it is straight. Maybe some people will find it boring but I enjoy this.

My standby bourbon. Discovered this last year and not even surprised it was recognized as "best in show"

I get some of the butternutscotch and vanilla but man this is nutty! Like peanut nutty in smell and taste. Did not get that on the first try but once trying a few other bourbons and coming back to this.... nuttiness

overly sweet to the point I couldnt drink it anymore. extremely disappointing edition. laughable the amount of money people have to pay in the secondary market for this
