Buttered popcorn on the nose with hints of overripe canteloupe. Warm and viscous mouthfeel with some unpleasant sharpness that goes away quickly and leaves a light oak and honey finish

Oak spice and honey on the nose, with hints of clove, cinnamon and orange. Viscous texture and very gentle on the palate. Cloves and spices deliver on the mid palate. Warm spice with a sauternes cask finish.

Tropical fruits, spice and oak on the nose, with a base note of turpentine. Cinnamon spice and that char/ethanol/turpentine strongly on the palate, with a warm finish. I’m not getting a lot of sweetness until towards the end, but that sweetness dissipates quickly and gives way to a sharp spiciness before fading altogether.

Cherry and vanilla on the nose. Soft, syrupy mouthfeel with brown sugar notes up front, a bit dry on the palate with a warm, but short finish.

Wonderfully delicate maple syrup and vanilla nose, but quite harsh with notes of tar and barrell char on the palate.

Cherry, vanilla and almond on the nose. A bit of oak in the finish.
